Hanscraft Singlehop Hallertau Blanc

What a cool new labels from hanscraft. The Pils runs golden and clear in the glas. The foam is stable and has fine bubbles. Lets give the nose some smelling action.

There are notes of gooseberry, lime and herbs. A little bit of weed and dankness is also there. Overall there could be a bit more hops in the smell.

The taste is honey and malty which is to style for a Pilsener. Hops are balanced and there is a nice firm bitterness. It is really quaffable not to watery and not to thick. Just the right balance. But since it is a single hop and the focus is on the hops there should be a bit more hops in my taste. Mouthfeel is creamy from the carbonisation.

Overall a very drinkable Pils with a nice hop note and without any flaws. Nothing for hopheads but for a nice after work beer it is perfect. In my opinion it’s a 7/10.
